Job Description:

The prep cook will work under the Sous Chef or Executive Chef's supervision and guidance. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and hard working individual. The prep cook will have the adaptibilty to handle any given situation, accept constructive criticism, and handle high pressure situations. They will assist the senior chefs in preparing food, maintains a clean and safe cooking environment, and takes on culinary tasks as they present themselves. This job requires physical endurance and as well as mental determination to adapt and learn.

Experience and Skills:

Job Duties:

- Meaures ingredients and prepares them according to Chef's instructions

-Washes/peels ingredients

-Cuts/portions different types of meats according to specifications

-Prepares different types of food from the menu

-Keeps track of ingredient quantities

-Cleans and sanitizes the working surfaces
